As a Realtor ®, located in Fairfax, VA. I’ve lived in the Tri-State area for over 15 years, I can draw on my background in sales, marketing, home remodeling and construction to give knowledgeable advice to clients. I am currently affiliated with Fairfax Realty, INC Brokerage. As a Fairfax Realtor ®, I offer my clients an array of services, including successful marketing of listings, search acquisition, coordination of a client’s relocation and successful negotiations on home purchases. Holding a Class A Contractors License in Northern VA, while remodeling homes with Nile Custom Design LLC, has developed my skill of estimating the cost of renovation which can lead to better negotiating skills when buying or selling your next realty property. This experience has given me a better understanding of the factors and trends in Fairfax VA and surrounding areas to predict for future market expectations and changes.
After having completed Real Estate training through Long and Foster’s program and becoming a Fairfax VA Realtor ® I enrolled in, and am currently completing the GRI Modules (Graduated REALTOR ® Institute). These modules are an additional 90 hours of course work that offer Realtors ® the latest education in the industry. The (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. I added SFR (Short-Sale Foreclosure Resource) specialist to my real estate business. In light of what is going on in our economy and in the local housing market. I have taken special training on helping buyers and homeowners through the short-sale and foreclosure process. Knowing how to maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as how to identify the distinct real estate opportunities in foreclosure are not merely good skills to have in today’s market-they are critical.
